SHIPPING RATES – WITHIN AUSTRALIA

Depending on the quantity and weight of the item, shipping rates will vary between $10 and $20. Our Australian Deliveries where possible are made via Australia Post. Express shipping is available. Please make contact of an urgent delivery is required.

TRACKING

All orders will receive an ‘Order Note’ email with your Couriers Please / Australia Post tracking code.

CHANGING SHIPPING ADDRESS

Please provide us with a street address instead of a post office box. It is your responsibility to input the correct shipping details. Please double check your shipping details when going through checkout.

Our team aims to process and pack your order as fast as possible. This means your shipping address can only be changed if your order has not left the Surf Meets Southwest warehouse. To change your shipping address, contact our team as soon as possible – sales @ surfmeetssouthwest.com.au or (07) 5474 2037.

 LOST PACKAGES

Once an order has been despatched and you have received your tracking number Surf Meets Southwest no longer assumes responsibility for the goods sent. Please contact your local Post Office with questions related to your delivery. If the package was lost before it was delivered to your address, we will launch an inquiry with Australia Post about the lost package and attempt to have it recovered and either mailed to you or returned to us. If the package was lost after delivery, we request that you check with all family members, co-workers, neighbours, or any other person that may have accepted or stored the package. 

CUSTOMS AND DUTY CHARGES

Any International orders may be subject to local charges. Any customs or import duties and associated fees are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Surf Meets Southwest cannot be held responsible for any additional charges on your order, nor can we accept a return of the order in this case. Customs policies vary widely from country to country, so please contact your local customs office for further information. If you refuse to pay these charges your parcel may be abandoned, and Surf Meets Southwest will not be held responsible for any loss of funds as a result of this occurrence. International orders will include an invoice with the full value for customs purposes.

RETURNS

We want you to be totally satisfied with your purchase and enjoy your shopping experience with us. However If you are unhappy for any reason, we will gladly accept return of unworn / undamaged items within 14 days (domestic returns) or 21 days (international returns) from the date of purchase. Items should be in the original new condition and include all tags. Customers will be responsible for the shipping and handling charges to return the item. If the package does not reach us safely we will not be able to complete the refund, so you may want to send it via registered post.

HOW TO RETURN FOR A REFUND:
Please send the tagged / unused item along with your name, email, phone number and order receipt to the address below. If you do not include this information we may not be able to refund you. We will credit your original method of payment within 7 days of the receipt of the return of the item, minus original shipping charges if applicable.

FAULTY PRODUCTS:
Every product we send out is quality checked, however if you have received a product with a manufacturing fault we will happily replace it or refund the cost as long as it has been returned within 2 months of purchase. Anything outside of this time frame will be up to our discretion and will have to be assessed. Please note that wear and tear in the course of normal use is not considered a manufacturing fault and will not be accepted.

SIMPLE EXCHANGES:
Please note we only offer exchanges on core items that may be available constantly in-store, such as a boot - size up or down. Please make contact with us as soon as you have received your goods if you wish this to be the case, we will check stock availability and discuss options with you.

You may also return this item for a refund and re-purchase your preferred item/size once we’ve refunded you.
